Nousheen Khan is a seasoned HR practitioner with two decades of experience spanning diverse industries and geographies. She has held senior leadership roles in global organizations, shaping talent strategies and driving HR transformation at scale.
At Hexagon AB, a €5.4B Swedish technology conglomerate, she served on the Global HR Leadership Team and most recently as Global Director, Talent Management at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. In this role, she led talent development for a €2B division with 8,000+ employees across 50 countries. Her career journey also includes impactful tenures at Novartis, Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), Wipro and consulting with Cerebrus Consultants (now Mercer).
An alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and an Economics graduate from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, Nousheen combines academic rigour with practical expertise.
